Exchange & Refund Policy
Dear Valued Guest,
For your convenience, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase price subject to the below conditions:
- Original Invoice must be presented at the time of Exchange or Refund.
- During Non-Sale/Promotion Period: Exchange within 14 days & Refund within 7 days from date of Purchase.
- During sale/Promotion period: Exchange within 7 days & Refund within 5 days from date of Purchase.
- Items must be in their original condition/package, intact, unused, unwashed, unaltered with original tags attached.
- For Hygiene & Safety reasons, the following items are non-refundable non-exchangeable unless there’s a clear manufacturing defect: Swimwear, Underwear, Lingerie, make up, skin-care, perfumes, body lotions, accessories, hair accessories, Earrings.
- Refunds will be made in the same method of payment used at the time of purchase: Cash, Credit/Debit Cards.
- Exchanges or Refunds must be done in the same country purchase.
Any condition stated on this Exchange & Refund Policy will be considered void in case of violating the provision of Article No (5) of Law No (8) of 2008 regarding Consumer Protection in the State of Qatar.

Parking spaces for disabled permit-holders are available near store entrances.
