Salam Studio & Stores takes all precautions to ensure your safety and the safety of our employees. Accordingly, we have committed to implementing strict hygiene and sanitation measures at every step of our product handling, packaging, and dispatching stages.
All teams working at different stations (sales, cashiers, warehouse team, and delivery team) handle the products while wearing protective gloves
- All teams working at different stations (sales, cashiers, warehouse team, delivery team) have undergone multiple hygiene and safety trainings
- Our warehouse, stores and delivery vans undergo recurrent sanitizing procedures
- Drivers are equipped with disinfectants and face masks and fully sanitize their hands before and after every pick-up and/or delivery
- All staff members have undergone thorough training on hygiene practices
Orders are delivered within all addresses in Qatar and below is a demonstration of delivery options available. Please note that we are working to constantly upgrade our service so check this section frequently for an updates.

* Orders placed on Fridays and/or on public holidays, will be considered placed on the first working day following the order's submission. We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge where your Order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery.
Salam Stores will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Qatar.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement
Delivery and pick up service for exchange and/ or return will be as follows:
- For exchange for the same item (different size and/or colour), the service will be free of delivery and pick up charge
- For Returns (refund and/or credit notes), the delivery charge incurred originally (if any) will be deducted from the returned value of the credit note and/or refund
- For returns incurred as an error from our side (unavailability of product or delivery of wrong product), the delivery charge will be shouldered by us.
