Exchange and Return Policy
Returned and exchanges items must comply with our policy:
- A copy of the e-Invoice must be presented at the time of Exchange or Refund.
- Items must be in their original condition/package, intact, unused, unwashed, unaltered with all original tags attached.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear to protect their sole. Any items returned with scuffing, scratches, or any type of damage and visible signs of wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer with a rejected refund request.
- Discounted items are not eligible for exchange or returns via pick up service and can be done exclusively in-store.
- For Hygiene & Safety reasons, the following items are non-refundable non-exchangeable unless there’s a clear manufacturing defect: Swimwear, Underwear, Lingerie, accessories, hair accessories, Earrings.
- Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
- Exchange and Return are eligible only within 14 days from date of Purchase outside of Sale days.
- In case of returns, store credit note with the same value purchased will be sent to the email submitted upon registration
- Only in case of a manufacturing defect or error in delivery (unavailability of the product or delivery of the wrong product), refunds will be done and they will be made in the same method of payment used at the time of purchase: visa, MasterCard or American Express.
- Any condition stated on this Exchange & Refund Policy will be considered void in case of violating the provision of Article No (5) of Law No (8) of 2008 regarding Consumer Protection in the State of Qatar.
Subject to meeting the conditions set out in this Returns and Exchanges Policy Section, we are pleased to offer a free exchange/return collection service to all customers for any purchase.
To book a returns pick-up:

- Confirm your name, contact number, pick up address, e-invoice number (order confirmation), reason for return and a convenient collection time
- Share a photo of the item with all tags attached on WhatsApp or via email
- Share a copy of your e-invoice on WhatsApp or via email
- Once Our Customer Care team confirms the acceptance of your return/exchange, pick up of the returned item will be done within 48 hours
What happens next?
- In case of refund eligibility, your refund will be completed via the original payment method
- In case of store credit memo option, it will be delivered to your e-mail within 48 hours of return acceptance date. The credit memo will be delivered only after the item has been physically picked up by Salam Studio and Stores team.
